April 1, 2022 (Irvine, CA)

RAM Supply Chain is pleased to announce the successful award and completion of a Temporary Labor Study for a private equity portfolio company. The study was performed for a middle-market industry leader in the manufacturer of personal care and industrial products.

The study rapidly identified key opportunities to optimize the management of the Temporary Labor expense.  The outcome of the study is leading the way to a double-digit increase in revenue throughput by focusing on higher asset utilization across the plant.  The study resulted in key operational excellence process improvements for labor management, asset utilization, supplier performance, strategic collaboration with suppliers, and data analytics.

Logistics Study for a Tennessee-based CPG company

RAM Supply Chain Inc. is proud to have conducted a logistics study for a Tennessee-based CPG company focused on producing and distributing health and holistic products for people and pets nationwide.

Thanks to a deep study developed by RAM Supply Chain Inc., this company was able to identify double-digit savings in their logistics networks and is estimating their 2022 revenue to be near $50M. In addition, the organization effectively distributed six different personal care brands across the United States through over 30,000 retailers, including all major big-box retailers.

We constantly look for ways to minimize or mitigate risks in our clients’ supply chains and have them be more responsive to their customers. With this in mind, the organization began growing at such a pace that a rapid expansion is already underway – with plans to settle in the Canadian territory during this year.
